Our East TN AJC team was happy to attend Roane State’s Future of Work Symposium this week! 

The event examined what the workforce will look like in the year 2030 and explore future-proofing solutions for a variety of industries. Guest speakers included TDLWD’s Commissioner Thomas and Dr. Lynne E. Parker. Dr. Parker - vice chancellor at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville - spoke about the impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation on the skills needed by the workforce of tomorrow.
